U.S. Justice Department appeals UnitedHealth acquisition of Change Health

The U.S. Department of Justice, which saw its legal challenge to UnitedHealth Group Inc.'s aquisition of Change Healthcare rejected by a court earlier this fall, wants another chance to sink the deal.
