With an urge and determination to make a change in this world, Andre Demetrious Smith makes tireless efforts to create a safe sanctuary for the youth of his state while encouraging them to chase their dreams. He started Dre Dre’s Foundation in 2017 to focus primarily on youth while encouraging them and giving them the chance to find themselves. While building the foundation, Andre Demetrious Smith aimed to enhance youth passion worldwide by providing them with enough relevant resources that will assist them in finding their passion and developing their skills, including dancing, culinary art, music, business, event planning, etc.
“I am 21 years old, and I am a chef. At a young age, I was driven to strive high. I wanted to make a difference in the world with my determination and high work ethic. In the future I want to run my foundation full time can give young people jobs and give them the tools to start their own business, become a YouTube, rapper, or whatever they want to be,” says Andre Demetrious Smith.
Moreover, Andre Demetrious Smith has an optimistic mindset and an extrovert nature, so he strives to spread love and positivity around him and through his channels. To promote his foundation and business in different segments and gain recognition, he plans to change the name of his YouTube channel to TheDreWay while promoting and selling cooking products with a custom design.
Furthermore, besides being an outstanding entrepreneur and chef, Andre Demetrious Smith is also inclined towards event planning with a creative mindset. His perseverance and strong decision-making power have enabled him to focus on bigger and better things in life.
