General Mills VC unit 301 Inc. invests in British dessert maker Pots & Co.

301 Inc., the venture capital arm of General Mills Inc., said Tuesday it will invest as much as $20 million in Pots & Co., a British maker of desserts, as part of a move to expand the smaller company's U.S. footprint.
