Triad unemployment rate drops below 6% for first time since start of pandemic

While the Triad's unemployment rate dropped from 6.2% in January to 5.9% in February, almost 35,000 are employed in the combined Greensboro-High Point-Winston-Salem statistical area than a year ago, when the unemployment rate was 3.4%.
