Texas lawmakers try to retroactively shield health care providers from Covid-19 lawsuits

Senate Bill 6, currently working through the Texas Legislature, would set a high bar of requiring a plaintiff to demonstrate "reckless or intentional, willful, or wanton misconduct" if suing a health care provider.
