LISA signs a contract with Federal German Government to supply an Autonomous Anomaly Bot for Cyber Factory #1 Initiative under leadership of Airbus Cybersecurity, Airbus Defence and Space with use cases across Transportation industry with Bombardier

Hamburg, Germany Feb 16, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - LISA Group signs a contract to supply an Autonomous Anomaly Bot to enhance Production & Manufacturing 4.0 facilities to enable safe human-robot interaction as part of a major initiative led mainly by several Airbus companies and Bombardier Transportation

LISA Deutschland GmbH - A LISA Group company signs a contract to supply an Autonomous Anomaly Bot for Production & Manufacturing 4.0 facilities to enable safe human-robot interaction within the Airbus led Cyberfactory-1 project with use cases at Bombardier and Airbus Defence & Space in Spain and ASTI In-systems and 26 other international partners.
CyberFactory#1 (CF#1) aims to design, develop, integrate and demonstrate a set of key competencies to drive the optimization and resilience of the Factory of the Future (FoF). To enable the factory of the future, optimization must be combined with safety.

The project addresses the needs of the transportation, automotive, and engineering industries for use cases such as statistical process control, real-time asset tracking, and distributed manufacturing, as well as collaborative robotics in military manufacturing environments.

''Safety is one of the main issues when using robots, especially when it comes to human-robot interaction. What becomes even more critical in the wake of digital transformation is not to miss the intersection between cybersecurity and physical environment security. '' Ali Baghchehsara, CEO of LISA Group. The Anomaly Bot is to be deployed in a large aircraft manufacturing environment in Spain, but the capabilities are aimed at detecting cybersecurity anomalies in any environment and offering this as SaaS to enterprises. We are delighted to have been selected for this project and to have managed to meet a number of criteria to get funding from the German government, which took 9 months to sort out. I hope the government adjusts their regulations so that more startups like us can participate in big projects like this without having so much hassle. - Baghchehsara Said. But for Consortium and the company's upcoming LISA settlement, depending on the use case we are ultimately allowed to select, high accuracy is critical to successfully deploying a robot in such an environment. Early detection of errors is critical to ensure the safety and high performance of the system. Errors can be software and hardware related and include communication problems, wear-related deviation, and defective sensors. There are currently discussions to further develop and use an adapted version of our Gigahub as a data lake. However, this is only under negotiation at the moment. Baghchehsara said, ''We may offer this tool for free for a limited period of time to further improve the use of our product.''

About LISA Group: LISA Group is known for intelligent automation systems for aviation. Featured by CNBC, Aviation Week, and more, LISA not only sells platforms tailored to industrial business intelligence but also develops applications to meet customers' needs. For example, plug-and-play data collection and analysis for aircraft cabin maintenance or medical gene banks. The fact is that the next generation of automotive design is the result of multiple worlds coming together: when application development meets artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and Big Data analytics, smart apps are the result. Put simply, these are apps that continuously learn from user interactions in systems, platforms, and production sites are just more sources of data to become even more relevant and useful. This is a wave that LISA is transforming into business to educate and learn in the system algorithms. We are setting the standards for predictive maintenance and simply enabling the future with intelligence.

About CyberFactory-1: CF#1 is a catalyst project - so it will complement and develop current enabling technologies of Industrie 4.0 into key capabilities in relevant application scenarios and verify their usability in realistic use cases. Specifically, it aims to develop key capabilities in the area of Factory System of Systems modeling; FoF optimization; and FoF resilience.
