By: Get News
Jo Cabey is an author, abuse survivor, and mental health advocate committed to helping survivors like her live their best life.

New York, NY, USA – As an author, Jo Cabey published her first book Jada’s Diary: From Growing Pains to Found Promise in September 2020 and is now set to self-publish her second piece of literary work Attitude with Gratitude: 90 Days to Win at Being Grateful on March 1st, 2021. Her mission is to use her life and journey to inspire others that may be going through difficult times. She wants to show people that they will get through sad moments if they just keep pressing forward.

Attitude of Gratitude is a beautifully crafted gratitude journal designed to help readers appreciate simple pleasures and to foster a positive mindset. Featuring 90 days’ worth of pages to reflect on the little things, events, relationships, or routines that make readers more grateful, they will also find fun gratitude challenges and prompts which would encourage and inspire them to be more optimistic in their daily life.

Designed to be used either in the mornings to put people in a good mood for the day, or in the evening to relieve the day’s stress and anxiety, readers will love incorporating this journal into their routine and watching as they become naturally happier and more grateful with every day that passes. Perfect for anyone feeling depressed, overwhelmed, or readers who want to feel more joy and discover the magic of gratefulness, Attitude of Gratitude also makes a wonderful gift idea for birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other special occasions.

Additionally, with the purchase of the Attitude of Gratitude Journal, everyone who purchases a book through the Journey with Jo website will be able to join a Facebook support group for a 90 Day gratitude challenge. The challenge will commence on March 1st and will encourage all participants for a total of 90 days to share out some significant takeaways while going through the journal. At the end of the 90 days, Jo has planned a big celebration via Zoom to congratulate her readers for being consistent for 90 days.

Before crafting her Attitude with Gratitude Journal, Jo wrote Jada’s Diary because she wanted people to know that they can rise from any challenges that they face in life. Her main goal for penning the book, was to harness her power and confidence into words so that others can benefit from her story. Jada’s Diary: From Growing Pains to Found Promise is a fiction novel based on Jo’s life and details how she overcame traumatic situations to finally arrive at a place of self-love, while working tirelessly towards her emotional freedom.

Her immediate plan beyond the release of the Attitude with Gratitude Journal is to start working on Jada’s Diary: Part 2. She wants to continue sharing her story and working with people that have been through trying times, in an effort to make a difference in their lives. Beyond writing, Jo plans on releasing merchandise and producing a podcast centering around how the struggles of present-day life can be used to fuel the promise of a better tomorrow. She hopes to collaborate with licensed mental health providers and specialists to provide more research-based information and tips to her audience.
