NASCAR unveils July date for annual All-Star race at Charlotte Motor Speedway

Charlotte will host four Cup series events in 2020 — instead of its usual three — because of schedule changes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Track executives are hoping state and local government will allow some fans to attend, but will run the race either way.
