Bill Gates: 'I wish I had done more' to call attention to pandemic danger

Billionaire Bill Gates warned about the dangers of a global viral outbreak years before the coronavirus pandemic killed hundreds of thousands of people and upended the global economy. But Gates now wishes he'd been more urgent in order to convince global leaders to take the threat of a 'once-in-a-century pathogen' more seriously, he told The Wall Street Journal.
