City sets Oct. 31 deadline for Couture developer to pay delinquent tax bill

The city of Milwaukee has set an Oct. 31 deadline for the developers of the Couture, a $122 million, 44-story apartment tower planned for Milwaukee's lakefront, to pay its more than $400,000 delinquent tax bill or it will be turned over to a law firm to seek collection.
