Under his direction, Chemico’s Automotive and Industrial operations — encompassing over 800 employees across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico — have achieved measurable gains in performance, lean manufacturing, and sustainable growth. Mauricio Pincheira’s leadership philosophy blends engineering precision with business discipline, producing meaningful results across large-scale manufacturing and private equity environments.

Before joining Chemico, Mauricio Pincheira held senior leadership roles at General Motors, where he managed high-volume operations and strategic initiatives that drove enterprise-wide improvements. His subsequent tenure in the private equity sector saw him lead North American operations for a global battery manufacturer, overseeing M&A execution and transformation projects that expanded both market reach and profitability.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mauricio Pincheira remains deeply committed to community advancement. He serves on the board of Just Cause, supporting reentry and workforce reintegration programs, and has championed STEM education for underrepresented youth throughout his career. His recognition includes the 2012 HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers Award, and he has served as president of the SHPE Detroit Chapter and GM Latino Network.
