Los Angeles jewelers create 3 of the most expensive and craziest custom Labubus
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA / ACCESS Newswire / September 5, 2025 / Downtown Los Angeles' St. Vincent Jewelry Center (SVJC) is making headlines once again - but this time, it's not just about gold and diamonds. The West coast's largest jewelry center is collaborating with three of their vendors to create the Most Expensive Labubus in the world, bringing custom jewelry to the global art toy community.
Labubu, the mischievous, wide-eyed character created by artist Kasing Lung and produced by POP MART, has become one of the hottest trends in designer collectible toys. With cult-like fandom across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., rare Labubu figures have exploded in value, climbing from $30 collectibles to five-figure auction pieces.
Now, St. Vincent Jewelry Center is giving fans a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see and potentially purchase some of the rarest Labubu drops ever made.
The showcase will feature:
Siera Jewelry - The most expensive of the 3, this completely custom 18k white gold Labubu has over 3000+ diamonds, pink sapphire, and amethyst totaling 158 Carats and 400 grams of gold. Taking over a month to design and hand set each stone, this Labubu is valued at $320,000 retail (https://www.instagram.com/sierajewelry/).
MCI Jewelry - As the jeweler for International Kpop Icon, G-Dragon, MCI has created a $40,000 Labubu featuring a toy sized outfit and jewelry similar to one worn by GD during his current world tour. The G-Dragon Labubu features toy sized blue diamond and ruby necklaces, earrings, and even the rings that are used as bracelets on the doll are all jewelry pieces worn by GD himself. This particular Labubu will be gifted to G-Dragon during his LA stop of his Ubermensch World Tour (https://www.instagram.com/mci_jewelry/).
SIE Gold & Jewelry - A $15,000 LA Dodgers/Shohei Ohtani inspired Labubu complete with jersey, 18k gold and diamond chains and pendants, as well as natural diamond studded earrings. The family owned business is a huge fan of all LA sports teams and wanted to create this custom Labubu to honor one of their favorite players (https://www.instagram.com/sie_jewelry/).
"We wanted to show the world what we can do here at St Vincent with the Labubu craze," said Nejdeh Avedian, General Manager at SVJC. "Pairing the hype of Labubu with amazing jewelers of St. Vincent Jewelry Center creates 3 unique pieces of art that speaks to both toy and fine jewelry collectors alike."
