The scholarship was established in 2023 as part of Winston Law's commitment to supporting the next generation of leaders in justice reform. This year's recipient, KC Hines-Smith, is pursuing his MBA at Western Governors University and a Master's in FinTech at the University of Central Florida, blending expertise in finance and technology with his passion for legal reform.
