Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 7, 2009 Alliance HealthCard , Inc. issued a press release announcing its corporate name has changed to Access Plans, Inc. Pending final approval expected in the next several days, the Company also plans to implement its proposed change of its stock trading symbol to “ACPL” on the OTC Bulletin Board. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
