Other Events.

On December 13, 2011, Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (the “registrant”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors had approved the repurchase from time to time of up to 7 million shares of its common stock and announcing the composition of its investment portfolio for the month ended November 30, 2011.
