Enbridge Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividends and will hold Third Quarter 2011 Financial Results Webcast Nov. 9
CALGARY, Alberta, October 28, 2011 – Enbridge Inc. (TSX, NYSE: ENB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.245 per common share, payable on December 1, 2011 to shareholders of record on November 15, 2011.
In addition, the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34375 per Series A Preferred Share payable on December 1, 2011 to shareholders of record on November 15, 2011.
Enbridge will host a webcast conference call to discuss its 2011 third quarter financial results as follows:
