Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

(b) Effective September 27, 2004, Robert A. Arlauskas, former Executive Vice President of Stores, left the employ of the Company. The Company is seeking a replacement to fill the position.
