Effective March 31, 2019, Russ Mellott’s employment with Model N, Inc. (the "Company") as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer ended.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 2, 2019, the Company announced it has appointed Chris Lyon as Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, effective April 1, 2019.
