Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting) of Lannett Company, Inc. (the Company) held on January 18, 2017, two proposals were voted on by the Companys stockholders. The proposals are described in detail in the Companys definitive proxy statement filed on December 12, 2016 in connection with the Annual Meeting. A brief description of the proposals and the final results of the votes for these matters are as follows:
1. The stockholders elected all six director nominees to serve as members of the Companys board of directors until the Companys next Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified.
