Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 17, 2015, Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc., or the Company, along with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., announced that the companies have entered into an exclusive license agreement for EP-3102, the Company’s bendamustine hydrochloride (HCl) rapid infusion product for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
