Item 7.01 Regulation FD.
On August 15, 2014, Huntsman Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it experienced an unplanned manufacturing disruption on a production unit at its facility in Port Neches, Texas. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
