Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 22, 2008, Molson Coors Brewing Company (the Company) filed a Form 8-K disclosing that the Company’s Board of Directors had appointed Iain J.G. Napier to serve as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective July 17, 2008.  At the time of that filing, Mr. Napier had not been appointed to any committees of the Board.  The Company is filing this Form 8-K/A to report that, on July 30, 2008, the Board appointed Mr. Napier to serve on the Company’s audit committee.
